Product Description

Winery: La Marca winery is located in the Veneto region, on a 8000 ha, in the north of Italy. Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene is light-bodied, suggesting it as a refreshing summer beverage or as an apéritif.

Grape:  Glera

Flavor:  A delicate, well-balanced Prosecco, showing a good blend of baked apple, sour lemon and grapefruit, with a lightly creamy mineral texture on the palate. Medium froth, with some body and a pleasant lemon and mineral finish. Bubbles are full textured and persistent. The flavor is fresh and clean, with ripe citrus, lemon, green apple, and touches of grapefruit, minerality, and some toast. The finish is light, refreshing, and crisp. On the nose the wine brings fresh citrus with hints of honey and white flowers.

Color: pale, golden straw.

Pairing: Mature and hard cheese, Apéritif, rich fish such as salmon, tuna.
