Through its success in the vineyards of Mendoza, in a few short decades Malbec has shot from relative obscurity to international fame, simultaneously bringing new-found attention and respect to Argentina as a wine-producing nation.
Aroma: Its aromas are intense with mineral notes, orégano, flowers with an excellent balance.
Flavor: A very fresh and lively wine, cu textured tanins. The finish is ample and sweet.
Color: intense red with violet tones.
Pairing/ Food match: Confit goose, Ibérico pork sirloin, lamb, various barbecued meats, Beijing barbecue beef skewers; fried stuffed peppers (putgochu jeon).
